Description:

Nineteenth century caricature walking stick of European manufacture (German?)with concealed corkscrew. This is a suoer piece which the small degraded images on this web site do not portray very well - large better images can be emailed on request. The eyes are made of glass. By chance I filed a picture of a similar walking stick from some Christie's publicity from the 1980s (I think)which I illustrate Then it was estimated at £400-£700 without a corkscrew!
