Lister gave birth to antiseptic medicine when he introduced a carbolic acid spray to kill germs in his operating theatre in Scotland in the 1870s This good example is of French construction with its burner beneath and the pressure vessel with safety valve on top. It is in excellent original condition - ready for use...Size 9¾" (25 cm) high x 11" (27 cm) wide including handle. Transport at cost
