Patented in 1905 the Llyod Rolling Head putter was never a great success (it could never strike the golf ball cleanly) consequently examples are very scarce! Leather grip original, unrestored, tight and in good condition apart from minor scuffs near the bottom end. Hickory shaft in good condition wioth original varnish. Steel of club head with minor (in my opinion!) rust patches. Brass roller head freely spinning. This looks like a totally untouched example apart from, I suspect, some cleaning of the brass at some stage in its life. Mark you it has a good patina so if it was cleaned it must have been a long time ago (it looks brighter in some of the images than in reality, the last photo of the head taken from the front looks about right). The name A. Moodie is stamped on the shaft below the grip and the rear of the roller has engraved "M & N 7" Price includes delivery to anywhere in the world in a plastic drainpipe for protection.
