Simple 'flea' microscope with iron spike to 'hold' the specimin with faceted objective to illuminate the insect from different angles contained in original leather covered cardboard box, early nineteenth century. All flea microscopes are rare but in over thirty years this is onlt the second example I have had with a facited objective.Diameter 32 mm height 30 mm
